Shofar Mountain Ministries
Second Exodus Training Family Weekend

And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea. - Isaiah 11:11

To help families better prepare for coming challenges related to the Second Exodus, Tribulation, End Times, etc..

Families will camp in a group setting and participate in a number of activities that will facilitate “Learning the Hebrew Way” – which is to say, “learning by doing”. Experienced instructors will be on hand to provide individual and group instruction, advice, and tips on living in the outdoors. Instructors will also facilitate guided discussions focused on strategies and concepts for End Times survival.

STYLE- "Informal, Relaxed, Focused"

There is a schedule of activities that we will try to stick to but if you need a break, a nap, or just feel like informal discussions with other Saints that is fine – just do it away from class areas. This is not “boot camp”. You are not here to impress anyone – just to learn and fellowship. We do a lot of “learning by doing” – the more you participate the more you will learn. We will be eating several group meals that you will help prepare. We will send you a list of food to bring to participate in these times of learning and fellowship. If you have gear you have not yet tested – bring it. If you “want to try something” (a way to shelter your family, move your gear, cook, etc) this is likely a good time to do so. If you have an idea – let us know, the earlier the better and we will try to accommodate you.

Pastor Joe Fox – retired US Army Special Forces (Green Beret) and National Intelligence officer; Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape instructor, Armed/Unarmed Combat instructor; former Firefighter and Boy Scouts Scoutmaster; Author – “Survivalist Family – Prepared Americans for a Strong America”; Owner and Chief Instructor, Viking Preparedness; Pastor. Other instructors (male and female) possess the following skillsets and qualifications: – former Firefighter, Emergency Medical Technician; NRA certified firearms instructor; Homesteading instructor; Homeschool mom; Girl Scouts leader; High School History Teacher; Eagle Scout; Mechanic; Woodsman; Goatherd; Herbalist; Doula, Home builder;

You will be in a primitive campsite in the Ozarks. We will strive to ensure you are comfortable but it is wilderness. That is the point – we are preparing to flee to the wilderness. Shofar Mountain is not a vacation spa or even a developed campground. The terrain is hilly with many rocks and it will likely be quite warm. We will try to provide a bag of ice per family per day as needed. There is good water available. Please read and heed the “suggested items to bring” list.

Important Considerations -

We are a community that is seeking to follow the commandments of YHWH (God) as we follow Yeshua (Jesus). We are an off-grid community and are seeking a simple life free from many of the world’s distractions. We have hosted a wide variety and number of visitors and have had some experiences that have led to some “rules” – mostly in the form of things that we do not allow on Shofar Mountain. If you choose to attend this event, we ask that you follow the below instructions-

You are responsible for your children at all times – keep an eye on them and keep them under control. We do not demand perfect little children but they have to be safe and not a huge distraction.

We consume alcohol in moderation – mostly wine and some beer. You are welcome to bring some and do so as well. You are also welcome to abstain. Keep it real, stay in control.

If you smoke you must pocket all of your butts. No one on Shofar Mountain smokes.

The cost is $50 per adult and $25 per child up to four children – more than that are free. (age 3 and under are free)

Once you are sure you would like to come – please send your non-refundable tuition payment to my PayPal

Upon receipt of funds I will send a follow up email with directions to the link up site. I’ll do this towards the end of June. For now, just plan on getting to the vicinity of Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport or Siloam Springs, AR.

The closest airport to Shofar Mountain is North West Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA).

Ok – I hope you can make this important and sure to be fun training event.
